I was researching about fashion details and architecture when I found the marble eagle from an old building in Texas and instantly it made me recall the Lanvin jewellery from SS 2012. As you can see both are quite similar. I can not assure that the marble one inspired the piece of jewellery but, nobody can´t deny the resemblance.
I love finding similarities and potential sources of inspiration and realizing how the same icons are reused and presented in different ways.
